My appointment was my first appointment for a concern for my 1 year old, so I was understandably nervous. Not only was Dr Ray incredible with me - making me feel instantly at ease, heard, and validated - but she was also absolutely amazing with my little boy, giving out stickers and playing boo around her desk. He absolutely loved her. Dr Ray made what was a scary prospect actually a really nice, comforting experience and she will be my first port of call for any health concerns for my beloved children in future!

Being a person that was concerned Mr Haque spent time explaining the procedure. The operation was explained by him at the hospital on operation day and Mr Haque came back to see him after the operation. AS a patient I feel so much better and would have had this done sooner if I had known. The type of operation was an open hernia repair. I had a quick recovery for this and was back at work within three weeks . I attended my post op eight weeks later, and was discharged.

I can't quite describe how delighted I am by my experience with Mr Robert Marshall - I was incredibly nervous about my operation but I needn't have been. He was friendly, professional and caring throughout. I cannot recommend him highly enough. The whole experience was incredibly positive and it's all thanks to Mr Marshall and his Team.
