Professional establishment

Always a good experience at HCA and the Wellington Hospital. Staff very professional and friendly. Facilities are clean and comfortable.

The booking process through HCA was efficient and the clinic was very clean, profession staff and modern equipment.

Our daughter had skin prick, spirometry and nitric oxide tests. It was very well organised and the whole process went very smoothly.

I had an excellent experience as a day patient at the Princess Grace. I was welcomed immediately, and taken to my room within ten minutes. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and all the nurses, porters and other staff were friendly, putting me at ease. I was taken through the practicalities of the procedure, which was on time and went well. The after-procedure care was very good, with a very attentive, friendly nurse. I was given all the (admittedly limited) catering I wanted and felt no pressure to leave my room after the nurse discharged me. I would happily return to the Princess Grace if needed.
