I was very keen to see Dr Jenkins after experiencing a period of illness and fatigue that no other doctors were seemingly able to help me any further with. On top of my thyroid condition, I have had had chronic fatigue that wasn’t improving with medication. Dr Jenkins took the time to listen to my full medical history, asking me questions others had not and clearly trying to get to the root of the problem. He was incredibly understanding and sympathetic and made me feel heard and understood. I’ve spent years feeling as though there was nothing that could be done to improve the situation and that I was at times imagining how bad it was due to feedback I was getting. His thorough testing uncovered the cause of the chronic fatigue and we were able to treat it. I am in a far better state of health than I ever have been and feel ‘normal’ in a way I haven’t for many many years. Very grateful to have found Dr Jenkins. His team has also been incredibly helpful and I’m very grateful to Dr Jenkins and his team for everything.

Dr Kumar was very welcoming and put me at ease right from the start. He was patient while I explained my symptoms and explained clearly what the issues may and may not be however concluded with ensuring that all concerns would be addressed to leave me with peace of mind at the end.

Dr Gulati explained everything very clearly and I felt reassured. He has an excellent bedside manner. He is very approachable and made me feel at ease to ask questions and then give me very clear answers.
