I want to say a huge thank you to Dr. Finlay. His work is an art in itself. I've been suffering from multiple tachycardia and arrhythmia episodes that increased significantly during the last 6 months. The doctors put me on medications that made me tremendously sleepy and low on energy. During our first consultation, Dr. Finlay checked all the data and confirmed that he would be ready to perform an ablation procedure in my case. I had to fly in a short period of time with my grandkids, and Dr. Finlay and his team (special thanks to Kitti) managed to arrange the procedure in a very short time. Straight after the procedure, Dr. Finlay canceled all the medications that I had taken for my heart rhythm. The same day, I went home. I had the best experience at Harefield hospital with Dr Noor. Dr Noor took care to gather information from me during the initial consultation to ensure accuracy. Dr Noor was very attentive and listened to my concerns before expaining what tests and scans were required along with the reasons for them. In the follow up appointment Dr Noor explained the results from the various tests which I found useful. It was evident that patient engagement was important to Dr Noor and I felt engaged and fully informed in the process.
