I was referred for a tonsil lump. Mr Jain explained the different options clearly. Mr Jain was very pleasant, thorough, reassuring and dealt promptly with the issue.

Overall I am extremely satisfied with the experience with Mr Karim Kassam. From the very beginning, Mr Kassam was very thorough and explained the process and diagnosis promptly and clearly. The clarity and swift diagnosis was incredibly reassuring making what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and straightforward. My recovery is coming along very well 1 week post operation and the pain has subsided quite significantly. Mr Ghufoor impressed me from our first meeting to the last. He methodically worked to identify my ailment (sleep apnea) and gave me options to mitigate it. I chose surgery to remove an enlarged tonsil after discussing the pros and cons with him. He predicted the entire process and gave me the comfort and confidence to proceed, knowing there would be painful moments as I healed.
