Dr Mirza was great medically and we would not hesitate to see him again. However, we were not acknowledged on arrival at the surgery and kept waiting for ten minutes with no reason offered. I would usually expect to be greeted on arrival and if there is a delay, this being explained and apologised for. This is not the doctor’s fault but I’m not sure how else to feed this back.

I've been going to Karim for a few years now, and I can only sing his praises. He's informative and understanding, always explaining what he's doing and addressing any concerns, no matter how big or small. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

A really positive experience. Everything was explained clearly and I was asked more than once if I had any questions which was very helpful. Mr Ghufoor impressed me from our first meeting to the last. He methodically worked to identify my ailment (sleep apnea) and gave me options to mitigate it. I chose surgery to remove an enlarged tonsil after discussing the pros and cons with him. He predicted the entire process and gave me the comfort and confidence to proceed, knowing there would be painful moments as I healed. I haven’t slept this well in years, my energy is back, and I feel like I have a new lease on life, thanks to Mr Ghufoor. I highly recommend him.
