I have just completed a 6 night stay at the Cromwell hospital and could not be more grateful for the wonderful service that I received The staff were always willing to help and support and provide excellent care in a first class facility

High end hospital.

Friendly staff, good environment, effective arrangement. But it took quite a long time getting confirmation emails, it took me 1 and 2 days to get both email necessary to settle the registration and appointment.

Every person I spoke to was very helpful and welcoming. The 'human touch' is something that is very apparent when visiting this hospital.

Some of the staff are not too friendly but some are extremely friendly

The Platinum Medical Centre was very clean and the staff were all professional.

Excellent care and very kind and helpful staff.Always came immediately if required.I was never made to feel uncomfortable or a nuisance however adequate times I needed help.Medical staff all very experienced and felt completely safe in their hands.
