From the moment I met Mr Arya, pre op, I felt at peace about my elbow replacement. I felt cared for. Mr Arya cares deeply about his work and his patients. I have been very encouraged at each appointment. He explains everything very clearly, is friendly and easy to talk to. All the treatment has been 5* - both in the operating hospital (Orpington) and post op appointments (King's).

Mr Chris Duff has done a great job with my recent biopsy, leaving a very small, neat scar. These things are always worrying for a patient, but I was put at ease by Mr Duff and his lovely, caring team . Mr Duff explained the procedure in detail, and possible outcomes, and took the time to listen to my concerns, answering my many questions both before and after my procedure, in a very professional and kindly manner.

I was extremely impressed with Nick Aresti. I felt well informed on my diagnosis and treatment. Nick is a very knowledgeable and experienced Doctor, who was professional, compassionate and kind. Mr West gave me excellent advice and gave me plenty of time to ask questions.

I was initially quite anxious but was quickly made to feel at ease. I felt listened to and felt extremely comfortable during the consultation .

The experience was excellent in every respect. I did think I/we had made a decision to proceed with a hip replacement, instead of other measures described, but now that I have read the Professor`s post-consultation letter, I am not sure a replacement is agreed. For the avoidance of doubt, I DO want to have a hip rplacement, please.
