Staff at Rowley Hall Hospital are very friendly and always happy to help, the waiting rooms are comfortable and spacious therefore I find the waiting times relaxing and I have never had a delay in my appointment time. The toilet facilities are very clean which is always pleasant. I feel the care I have received from Rowley Hall is excellent. Reception staff within the hospital are most welcoming and very helpful.
