He is a very caring person and especially calm when I had a meltdown. He explained everything really well and was very patient.

Dr Sancy Low, is a brilliant doctor. I am very short sighted in both of my eyes, and to make matters worse I had cataract in both eyes. The cataract was extremely worse in my left eyes, I thought I was going to lose my eyesight. When I meet with Dr Sancy Low she listened to my concerns, she could see how nervous and scared I was about my whole eye health. Dr Sancy said that she would look after me and she did exactly that. Dr Sancy has changed my life for the good, my cataracts are now removed, I can now see clearly. I was also given special lenses which were inserted in both of my eyes, these lenses has given me perfect vision. For the first time in my life I don’t need to rely on wearing glasses to see. I am very grateful to of met Dr Sandy. She is a wonderful and great doctor. Thank you Dr Sancy for giving me back my confidence. I no longer need to hide behind my glasses anymore. Whenever I speak to a person I feel great because I know they can see me and not my glasses. Thank you Dr Sancy

Mr Ayoub explained the whole process and subsequent outcome very thoroughly and answered any questions and concerns in detail. The surgery was on both eyes and the treatment was painless and took little time. All in all I felt I was in good hands all through the consultations and surgery and am very happy with the outcome. Professor Rupert Bourne is an outstanding ophthalmologist. I presented him with an extremely difficult case history of my eyes and the various treatments I have undergone. He systematically tested and explained every point simply and in measured tones. Professor Bourne is so understanding and reassuring. After all my anxieties, I now feel a tremendous sense of relief. I am in safe hands. My grateful thanks to him and his most helpful team.

Mr Jolly put me at ease from the moment I met him with his warm and kind personality. He did a thorough examination of my eyes and after following his advice and using the treatment he had prescribed, my eyes felt better within 24 hours after suffering for over a week.
