I have been very happy with the care I have received for glaucoma from Mr Muntasser and his team at St Paul's Hospital, Royal Liverpool University Hospital. It is a very busy department until recently in old-fashioned and less than ideal accommodation, nevertheless the surgery, follow-up and check-ups have all been very professional and I have every confidence in the treatment, which is ongoing.

Mr Hemmerdinger is so easy to talk to, he explains everything extremely thoroughly and never rushes you, nothing is too much trouble. My cataract operations have been very successful, I had no pain during or after the procedure and my vision is amazing. Thank you Mr Hemmerdinger!

Mr Hickley was very pleasant and friendly, he thoroughly examined my eyes and explained the diagnosis to me. He then gave me options on what to do next.

I was delighted with the service from start to finish . I appreciated the reassuring approach to the procedure by Mr Dubois both in the way it was explained and carried out . I appreciated being able to have both eyes treated at the same time and the recovery went without any problems at all . I had a consultation with Mr Dan Nguyen where he carried out all required examinations and then explained in detail what he could potentially do for me. All risks, options and fees were fully explained/discussed. A date was set for the following week. On the day of my procedures Mr Nguyen paid a visit prior to going to theatre. During the procedures Mr Nguyen kept me informed of what he was doing. It's now only two days since having my eye lenses replaced but already the results have far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this surgeon.
