Very satisfied after appointment. Mrs Madgula you are great. So polite, positive and you made me understand so easily. I visited before but this was best visit so far. I am very relaxed now, it’s al be air you Mrs Madgula. Thank you so much for your support.
This was my first encounter with Mrs Madgula. I had on previous visits met with a gentleman Consultant. After a thorough examination of both eyes, Mrs Madgula identified that I had been misdiagnosed initially with the wrong type of Glaucoma!!! She immediately scheduled Laser treatment which will hopefully be completed early July.
Since Mrs Madgula has taken on my care I feel that a much better proactive approach has been followed to manage my pseudo exfoliating glaucoma. She always explains any risks and benefits thoroughly especially when she carried out my preserflo procedure in the right eye. Mrs Madgula is very pleasant and at all times exhibits professionalism.
Mrs Magdula at my first appointment, she took time to explain what would be doing and put me at ease instantly what a lovely caring lady. She called me often to check I was ok . I would recommend her to everyone who needs cataract surgery.
My appointment time was 9.50 am and was seen for routine eye tests almost immediately, and returned to waiting room. At this point it would have been helpful to be told that the consultant was running very late due to circumstances beyond her control and woud have given the patient time to use bathroom/eat or drink/ etc. There ensued a wait of several HOURS and for this frail 80plus year old was very wearing. Having said that, once seen by consultant can only praise thorough professionalism and caring attitude of Mrs Madgula who sent me on my way with new prescription and advice re follow up care. So thank you, Mrs M.
I recently attended an appointment with my Aunt. During this and previous appointments she received excellent treatment from Dr Madgula. She provided professional, friendly care and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The examination was thorough, and everything was explained clearly and patiently.
I am very pleased with the results that I have received today. I am also pleased with the attention that I have received.
