Excellent speed of appointment and expert advice.

I had an utterly appalling experience at Lindo Wing. The staff exhibited blatant rudeness and hostility, especially one receptionist—a woman with short, blonde-dyed hair, possibly of African Caribbean descent. Despite merely inquiring about the location of my scheduled TC scan, she unleashed a barrage of intimidation tactics. In front of everyone, she barked, "This is a private clinic; it's not here." The incredulous looks from her colleagues spoke volumes. Feeling utterly humiliated and insulted, I retorted that while I might be a private client, her behavior was unacceptable. Shockingly, she didn't offer an apology or attempt to rectify her egregious mistake. Left to fend for myself, I had to seek out the test location, with a colleague eventually pointing me across the street. This experience was nothing short of a shambles. It's disgraceful that anyone, particularly an elderly individual, should endure such treatment. Shame on her.

The clinical staff were excellent and friendly. However the female staff at the front desk is hostile, unhelpful and dismissive which made the arrival quite unpleasant.

The overall experience is excellent.

Cleveland Clinic is modern, clean & efficiently run. All the staff were very professional & very caring. Even the food was very good!

Called early afternoon, got the last slot for the same day to meet with Dermatologist Docteur Bouveresse. The welcome person at reception was very nice and helpful. No waiting time.
