Dr Anderson provided immensely valuable care and guidance in seeing me at short notice, taking time to listen to my issues with the longstanding ulcerative colitis and went over and above in offering advice and best plan of treatment going forward even though that would be with the NHS. I very highly and wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Arun's practice. I had the most wonderful experience attending Mr. Arun's practice who very charismatically approached my concerns. He arranged for a series of investigations followed by procedure before i was discharged and I left his practice reassured. This was the second time being treated for Mr Thomas - each time for completely separate complaints. Exactly like the first time, the care provided was excellent. Each appointment and on the day of surgery, time was taken to explain everything and answer questions that I had.
