I went to see Dr Fidler to gain some clarity on some reflux and digestive issues I have had. During my first consultation, Dr Fidler was patient and kind, and listened well to my concerns. Dr Fidler laid out a clear plan of action. When I had my procedure of an upper GI endoscopy, Dr Fidler explained the procedure clearly and gave me time to ask questions. Dr Fidler made me feel at ease and I felt confident in her. After the procedure Dr Fidler came to check on me and explained the following steps. During the post procedure consultation Dr Fidler gave me time and listened well. She clearly explained the findings and my options moving forward. I found Dr Fidler to be empathetic, proactive, honest and helpful in advising me on how I can move forward with my health and manage my condition. I found communication with Dr Fidler easy and found her secretary Shereen to be very kind and helpful in our communications. I would highly recommend Dr Fidler and would be happy to seek out her expertise again should I need to.

I immediately felt very comfortable with Katie and I really felt like she listened to me with care and professionalism. I felt relaxed and informed and appreciated very much her kind attitude and professional knowledge.

My experience of meeting Dr. Harris for a consultation, through to a Gastroscopy and final follow up appointment was beyond my expectation. Both Dr. Harris and his P.A. Mollie Falk-Jones were extremely organised and efficient, keeping me informed throughout and making very speedy appointments. Dr. Harris put me completely at ease and the procedure, (although I was nervous), was quick and absolutely painless - I was actually unaware that it had been carried out! In addition, Dr. Harris went out of his way to advise me of a more holistic approach to my difficulties as a Type 2 Diabetic and to liaise with my G.P. for which I am very grateful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Harris and his team to anyone considering the necessity for a consultation/this type of procedure. Thank you Dr. Harris, Mollie and the team, your kind assistance has been very much appreciated.

Dr Angad was great, he listened to me and talked me through the procedures and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Also had great communication with him in the lead up to the procedure.

Excellent experience. Dr Saxena manages to put you at ease, explaining medical issue very clearly and in an understandable way. Nothing is too much, and he goes above and beyond to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Unfortunately, I'd not rate Dr Vadamalayan highly. My child and I were in and out in 10 minutes and I felt that he didn't listened to me much or took any notice of what I was telling him, even before we left the room he was checking his phone. Even my child commented " that was quick mummy, it took us 25 mins to get here and only a few mins to see the doctor!" Despite telling the doctor that my child did not suffer from constipation he prescribed tablets for a colonic transit study so my child had to take tablets for 3 consecutive days and on day 4 an x-ray of abdomen was done. He called us a couple of days after the x-ray, he didn't even have the results and asked us to tell him once again what our concerns were which I thought he'd have had noted down during our initial consultation. He then called a few days later to tell me that he had found the x-ray results and there was no sign of the tablets somy child did pass them and didn't have constipation which I had told him already. The only thing he could suggest was giving my child laxatives to make my child have diarrhea and clear out the intestines which again was unnecessary as the reason for our visit was to find out why my child throws up occasionally while feeling absolutely fine and well, without any sign or symptoms of any illness. My child did not suffer from constipation. I told him at the consultation that it could of course be psychological but I wanted to rule out any physiological problems and focusing on constipation was not helpful. Having had to pay the excess on our health insurance and other bills I'm very unsatisfied.

Very nice and knowledgeable doctor, down to earth and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Dr Chatu was excellent. I was kept well informed about the procedure which was performed quickly and painlessly. He took the time to review all of his findings with me in the follow up.
