My experience of hip surgery with Mr William Bartlett was a very positive one. From the first consultation he gave me the opportunity to ask relevant questions, listened to my concerns and gave me plenty of, literature, time and space to consider all the options without any pressure to make decisions. He and his team on the 4th floor of the Hip Unit gave excellent care, communication and consideration. The surgery went completely smoothly and Mr Bartlett’s post op care was exemplary, visiting me daily on the ward and again giving me the opportunity to contact him at any time with any concerns.
