My experience with Dr Jhajj has been transformative. I approached Dr Jhajj as I was struggling to lose weight, feeling stress and suffering from fatigue and lack of energy. I was encouraged by the non-judgemental approach and genuine interest in my all-round wellbeing. My first consultation with Dr Jhajj was very thorough and touched on aspects of my health and lifestyle that I had overlooked and which I hadn’t realised could be impacting weight loss, such as a lack of adequate sleep. This is a real benefit to having a longer consultation with such a caring Dr. She considered my food preferences and goals and proposed a comprehensive plan of what to eat, when to eat and the order in which to eat. To my surprise, this including many of my favourite treats. Though there was a lot of information, it was explained simply, and this helped me to understand better. Dr Jhajj checked in and offered support and accountability and within just a month, I had exceeded my wildest expectations of weight loss, but more importantly, I felt more energetic, emotionally stronger and genuinely like a new woman. I’m forever grateful to Dr Jhajj for helping me see what I specifically need to feed myself and preparing a step by step, easy to follow plan to help me achieve this, while enjoying my meals. Now, I’ve dropped a dress size in a matter of weeks, and when people ask how I did this, I just share her website! Thank you Dr Jhajj, it’s no exaggeration to say that you’ve changed my life.

Dr Ruth Whitby impressed me with her enthusiasm when I first got introduced to her. She has always been thorough in examining me, takes time to explain my health status and test results and what recommendations see's making to make me well. My wife and I are very comfortable with her and are free in discussing our health issues with her without feeling any form of ill treatment. She obviously has good experience in dealing with multi cultural and multi racial persons.

Dr Jones is kind, courteous; explained everything in detail and really helped put me at ease. He took extra time out of his schedule to ensure all my questions had been answered. I first met Dr Lillian Ugwumadu in October 2019, She has been such a support for me in dealing with Endometriosis over this time. Her professionalism and understanding is very reassuring and has given me 100% trust in her throughout my whole experience. she is very friendly and I always feel very comfortable being able to discuss personal medical issue's with her in a very open manner. Lillian's expertise in making a plan of action when we discuss issue's has been superb. Executes delivery in everything Lillian says she will do for me, whether it be booking scans, following up with results in timely manner or answering questions when I have felt unsure of things, the service in which I have received from her is efficient, polite and professional.

It’s because of Dr Mehta’s quick and knowledgeable assessment of my condition, I am able to write this review today as I would not have been here to do so. He is an amazing doctor and an amazing person with care and attention to detail for the patient at the centre of this care. Any patient is lucky to have Dr Mehta on their side.
