Picking your surgeon can be so difficult. I can not stress about the importance on the way your surgeon makes you feel when you first interact and share your vision and expectations. I was very happy to be in Mr Joshi's safe hands. He was the third and final consultant I saw, the previous 2 having failed to recognise, empathise, or understand the problems I was facing with an injury to my face and nose preventing me from breathing through my nostrils.
