Excellent. The best of the best. The latest technology. Mr Tam is always very considered and thorough. Would not go anywhere else.

The Platinum Medical Centre was very clean and the staff were all professional.

Friendly staff and excellent professional care during the operation. The general admin could be improved: I received no paperwork ahead of my second operation (right eye). I had a date in my diary from a previous conversation, but no formal instructions as with the first operation (left eye). On the day before my operation, on checking with Moorfields to ascertain if the operation was still going ahead, I then had three callbacks - one to pay for the op, then to carry out the pre-operation health check. Everything went well on the day, but the general admin did not reflect well on Moorfields.

My experience at Vision Care was very good based on the friendly and professional staff. My Optometrist in particular was very patient, informative and understanding.

As I walked in, I was greeted with the biggest smile and all welcome. The Clinic is always a lovely haven, with friendly staff, who look after you the second you enter.

Everything went smoothly and on time. Reception staff very helpful as was the radiologist and consultant.

Visiting the Cromwell is always straight forward. The front desk is always helpful and can direct you to the correct department. For day cases, the rooms are comfortable and the nurse looking after you is friendly and helpful. It does get quieter at the end of shift in the evening.
