Fantastic, clean and friendly hospital

Friendly staff and excellent professional care during the operation. The general admin could be improved: I received no paperwork ahead of my second operation (right eye). I had a date in my diary from a previous conversation, but no formal instructions as with the first operation (left eye). On the day before my operation, on checking with Moorfields to ascertain if the operation was still going ahead, I then had three callbacks - one to pay for the op, then to carry out the pre-operation health check. Everything went well on the day, but the general admin did not reflect well on Moorfields.

The Platinum Medical Centre was very clean and the staff were all professional.

Waiting room needs more seating to accommodate people especially when appointments are running late.

All the team members I spoke to, from nurses to reception to physios and theatre staff were kind, knowledgeable and seemed to really care about my wellbeing. The team on my case on the day of my surgery were amazing too in every way and I'm incredibly grateful I had such a positive experience.
