Very professional, what I would expect from the best in the world.

Good location in London.

I felt at ease as It was easy to navigate myself to whom I needed to speak to and talk to.

I sent relevant documents to the hospital for Mr Natt's attention and was assured that they would be forwarded to him but this did not hsppen.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of all of the people working there and particularly welcomed the patient approach to working with me to find the best possible prescription solution for my vision.

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.
