He asked me to have an ultrasound and had the results since March 22nd. Since then, I have been unsuccessful in trying to get a response from him. His assistant is entirely useless, and I have tried multiple times to contact her without any response.

She is very professional and has excellent knowledge. She always asks how I am. As I am severely sight impaired she always collects me from the waiting area.

Miss Saw clearly explained: my diagnosis; all of my options; and provided excellent information regarding the surgery and aftercare. During the surgeries she explained what was happening, as a result I felt at ease during the operations. She is very patient and was willing to answer all my questions and is very personable and has great people skills. Miss Saw provided excellent aftercare and is supported by a great team who made sure I was looked after extremely well during the whole procedure. I now have a “new set of eyes” and can see clearly, and colours are bright, and details are sharp. I highly recommend Miss Saw, she is highly professional, very thorough, exceptionally knowledgeable, she communicated brilliantly, was incredibly patient and is very personable. Thank you so much!
