Dr. Aisan has a warm, engaging personality that instantly puts you at ease. She is excellent at knowing the right questions to ask and ensuring you look to within yourself for the answers. Jeremy is a very patient and kind man. His sessions always started with a choice; carrying on with our plan or addressing whichever issues I was facing at that moment in time. It's very useful to have a structure to sessions. His video calls always started on time and I never felt like an inconvenience. Katharine offered the perfect balance of support and, when necessary, challenge to us and our teen daughter.
