Dr. Vieira has made such a different to our lives. We couldn’t be happier.

Melita is a fabulous Doctor and human. She connects with our son (2-year-old with Achondroplasia) and understands our concerns and needs. Katharine offered the perfect balance of support and, when necessary, challenge to us and our teen daughter. Our daughter was wary about starting therapy, but Katharine offered a reassuring presence right from the start. It's always tricky thinking about "progress" in therapy, and things never "improve" in a straight line, but our daughter learned tools from Katharine that have made a real difference in how she copes with things.

Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice. My experience with her was a great and I can't thank her enough for her time.

Ifigeneia is an amazing professional. Not only is she knowledgeable and an expert in her field, but she has a great way of thinking and a very practical and humane approach to matters. She is solution driven and has a genuine care and interest in helping which we find refreshing and rare in our days.

Jo is amazing, caring, sensitive and kind. She also is extremely knowledgeable and is amazing at connecting the dots between bits of information given to her. Anyone would be lucky to be under her care.

It's been a really interesting experience working on myself with Eleanor. I have only had an initial 5 sessions and I am now taking some time to work on things solo before having a second batch of sessions in the coming months. I found the sessions to be informative, supportive and productive in the early steps of my treatment. I would therefore definitely recommend Eleanor for CBT based therapy which in my case was for skin issues.
