This was an online session. Matt was very careful to check the form and level of the exercises to suit and stretch me. We discussed getting the balance right so as to be achievable and not off-putting. We have come a long way but this is still a journey

I must also commend Cromwell Hospital for their exceptional service and comfortable environment. The level of care and accommodation provided by the hospital further enhanced my overall experience.

Really pleasant professional experience. Physio was great. Location is just a little challenging for drop off as I have a broken leg and then its some navigation to get to the physio area. All manageable but there is no place to sit and wait which might be helpful (especially if you have a broken leg) and I would think a relatively easy thing to address.

Waiting room needs more seating to accommodate people especially when appointments are running late.

Hannah Hobbs looked after me on several occasions and did an amazing job sorting me out. As well as clearly technically knowing what to do and how to help me, her enthusiasm and positive attitude is very motivating and encourages one to do the necessary homework to get the results.

Slick venue and helpful friendly staff.

Everyone is so friendly and the space is positive, clean and tidy.
