Slick venue and helpful friendly staff.

Hannah Hobbs looked after me on several occasions and did an amazing job sorting me out. As well as clearly technically knowing what to do and how to help me, her enthusiasm and positive attitude is very motivating and encourages one to do the necessary homework to get the results.

Manni is a brilliant holistic coach. His technical knowledge of the body/ injury / rehab and training strategies is solid but what sets him apart is his recognition of each athlete as an individual. He takes the time to get to know you, what motivates you, what holds you back, what time you have available and what else is going on in life that impacts your performance. He challenges you to get the best out of yourself by recognising when to push and when to support and communicating with empathy and clarity. He will also have a laugh with you and let’s be honest, this training lark is supposed to be fun. Would and regularly do recommend to others.

I was an outpatient for a procedure on my hip. The hospital was really efficient in their comms, the process was smooth and everything clearly explained. The facilities seemed brand new and spotlessly clean. My room had everything I needed and the food was tasty. The nurse and all other staff were so good at their jobs and took great care of me in a kind and friendly way. My procedure was successful and the surgeon and anaesthetist highly skilled. Easy visitor parking and a lovely experience all around. I’d highly recommend St J & St E hospital to anyone.

Really pleasant professional experience. Physio was great. Location is just a little challenging for drop off as I have a broken leg and then its some navigation to get to the physio area. All manageable but there is no place to sit and wait which might be helpful (especially if you have a broken leg) and I would think a relatively easy thing to address.
