I found Mr Das to be a very kind, gentle man who put me at my ease and explained everything really well. Although my operation turned out to be more complex and time-consuming than we both expected (because of issues in my body) nevertheless I feel now after just over 2 weeks very much better.

No question is too small, he’s really quick to come back to me on queries and has always taken all my concerns very seriously
