Mr Dickson-Lowe was very informative and open about all aspects of my surgery. He answered questions. I felt he was very polite and professional at all times which put me at ease.

Mr Kirkland was both friendly and efficient in equal quantity. Mr Kirkland explained the tests he would do and put me at ease.

Dr Hone listened to me, was very thorough and provided me with an explanation of the cause of my symptoms and suggested a treatment. He had an excellent caring manner and I felt at ease and have confidence in his advice.

Mr. Mackey was able to go above and beyond what I could have hoped for with my surgery, and had my best interests at heart throughout the process. Knowing that this surgery could have longterm emotional implications for myself, Mr. Mackey made sure that I had spoken to a psychologist prior to the surgery. Mr. Mackey at every point wanted me to be realistic and grounded about the potential outcome of the surgery - but even still, everything turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Mr. Mackey is very friendly, and anyone would be lucky to have him in their operating theatre.

It is a year since my surgery, the only negative comment I can make is that I am sorry I did not go through with surgery sooner. I had researched the procedure for 3 years before making my decision. I thought if I could lose more weight my breasts would reduce, in fact they just grew larger. I also suffered with neck and back pain, more so over the past 5 years. Once I had found a surgeon, I thought I would be comfortable with, I made an appointment Ms Zweifel. From the first consultation I was confident I was doing the right thing for myself. I was not worried about the surgery, more so if it the result did not meet my expectations. I was also overthinking the procedure being classed as cosmetic surgery. After discussing this with Ms Zweifel I was reassured that the surgery would help with my posture, back pain and even more important my self-esteem, no longer embarrassed about the size of my breast. After Surgery I felt well, I spent 1 night in hospital. Once the drains were removed, I was allowed home. I took 2 weeks off work to rest and make sure my wounds could heel. I had an allergic reaction to the wound tape (glue) I was given antibiotics and had the tape removed as an outpatient. (This is an uncommon side effect) My wounds heeled quickly after this, after 6 months I started to wear non wired bras again fitted by Marks and Spencer. My Scars are amazing, the underneath scar you can-not see. The line going up towards the nipple is noticeable but very neat. My nipples were not affected in the slightest, I have sensation, smaller areolas pert and no viable scars!! My breast are symmetrical, I have reduced by 3 cup sizes. The results are perfect for my frame. Only last week I had my photo taken on a night out, in the past I would recoil at the size of my breasts in the picture, this time I commented on how good I looked I love that I can see me now and not my oversized breast. I would recommend Ms Zweifel to anyone considering this procedure, all cots are explained, not hidden charges. I paid one price which covered outpatient appointments when I had the allergic reaction, and as many consultations afterwards until discharged. Ms Zweifel is knowledgeable, reassuring, non-judgemental and an expert surgeon. I want to pass on my gratitude once again for giving me a new lease of life

I supposedly have an appointment this coming Friday. I have had no confirmation and am unable to get a reply from the telephone number on which the appointment was made. I have phoned several times. Not impressed!
