During my search for an ENT Consultant, not only was I looking for an excellent surgeon, but also one who is kind and respectful towards their patients. After reading many reviews, these were just some of the reasons that Professor Lloyd stood out for me and I am glad that I made an appointment to see him about my ongoing ear problems. At my initial consultation, Professor Lloyd was very patient, taking time to listen to my history and after examining my ears, he diagnosed my condition quickly and set out a plan for me which included surgery. I was a little apprehensive about having surgery, however Professor Lloyd was sensitive to this and he was always happy to answer my questions and concerns. His exceptional, clear advice regarding the benefits and potential (minimal) risks of having the surgery helped me to make an informed decision and gave me the confidence I needed to go ahead. I had my operation almost 6 weeks ago at the Wilmslow Hospital and care I received was outstanding. The aftercare has also been excellent. My ear is recovering very well which has already had such a positive impact on my wellbeing. I feel very safe under Professor Lloyd’s care and his calm, reassuring manner will definitely help me to prepare for the surgery he may need to perform on my other ear in the future. He is a fantastic surgeon, professional and lovely to deal with. His PA Nicki Cory has also been nothing but friendly, helpful and very responsive to queries. Thank you.

Mr Ranganathan is a very kind consultant who really listens to you when explaining your ssues. He explained my diagnosis and suggested surgery very clearly and I felt at ease being his patient from the very start. My surgery was a success and I've already started to see improvements only 3 weeks after. The follow-up with Mr Ranganathan was also excellent.

Professor Bruce was highly recommended to us by a friend. We'd suffered 7 months of constant ear infections for our little boy with no answers and no plan. On arrival at our first appointment I was worried as we'd been through this so many times, being told he'd grow out of it one day! Professor Bruce was fantastic with Deio who was 16months old at the time. Had no issue with him crawling around, and really made us feel at ease. What a difference. He was diagnosed with glue ear and would need grommets, within a month the operation was done. Fantastic service. Thank you. Highly recommend.

No words can really describe how good Mr Marnane is, very thorough with detailed explanations of what was happening, treatments etc all delivered in a very assuring manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Marnane to family, friends or colleagues.

Dealt well and non-judgementally with our little firework ADHD daughter - he allowed her to play with his models and did not tell her off. As a GP, I was impressed that Mr Rainsbury referred us onwards himself, rather than writing to our GP to ask them to do the onward referral for hearing aids.

I can honestly say, Mr. Stephen Derbyshire has hands of gold!!! He did a wonderful job for me. I feel so blessed to know him and have Stephen as my doctor.
