I was extremely nervous before I saw Mr. Modayil for the first time, but he put me at ease and was very clear when it came to explaining what needed to happen next. He explained my test results and the procedure I needed and took great care to manage other health issues that might have affected a good outcome. The procedure happened exactly as he had described and my follow-up appointment was again reassuring and informative. I had no adverse effects from surgery and can't thank him enough for all he did. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family with ENT problems.
