I recently saw Mr Khan for patella tendinopathy. From start to finish he was professional and reassuring. He explained the condition and the options available to me, listened to my concerns and ultimately put my mind at ease. I loved the diagrams he drew and how he pointed out the problem on the MRI scan. I came away feeling that really knew what was happening inside my body and what I needed to do to get back on track. Gus treated me for a case of Achilles Tendinopathy, and some anterior shin splints. I had been struggling to run comfortably for almost a year when I started seeing Gus. After an initial hands on assessment Gus proceeded to make a plan that included dry needling, massage, strength and plyometrics. Within about 8-10 weeks I was running without pain and continued to see Gus for support while building my training back up to pre-injury levels. I am now running weekly half marathons pain free.
