Every one was friendly and respectful

The receptionist at The Manor was very pleasant and helpful. Parking was very nearly an issue, despite the early morning appointment and it’s a nightmare for larger vehicles. The hospital itself seems clean, decor a little dowdy - very crowded.

I thought I was treated well

Staff and medics make great efforts to be polite and helpful and resolve medical problems by discussion and advice which helps me decide on next steps.

The overall experience was good, although the time waiting to go into the appointment was longer than expected.

Friendly and efficient care

I had my Cataract surgery with Mr Barua and his anaesthetic Mr Kong. From my first appointment to surgery the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend the services Midland Eye provides.
