From consultation to the operation I was very pleased with the treatment I received. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Clinic was clean and beautifully furnished. Drinks available too. Excellent all round.

I have to score lower on "experience" because I am disappointed with the result. The main factor influencing my decision to have the surgery was that I expected it to reduce the glare. Unfortunately that did not happen. Obviously that has left me with a sense of regret, However, in all other aspects my impressions have been positive. The care has been excellent. I cannot fault the attention and efficiency of the para medical staff and Gareth Williams. Also, I accept that everything possible was done to try to reduce the glare post op, with laser treatment being carried out on both eyes., and that I was not discharged until no feasible options remained.

Excellent experience

Overall excellent regarding staff but I marked good twice because there was only one patient toilet and it felt embarrassing waiting outside the door in a busy corridor overlooked by the waiting room. Also, the floor had a lot of toilet paper scraps on it. Also, I found the waiting area to be a bit stressful as there were only uncomfortable banquette style seating. Personally, I prefer an individual chair and don't enjoy sitting right up close to other people.
