Bim and her nursing Team were amazing from start to finish. Extremely professional, understanding and friendly, making me feel at ease straight away. Bim listened to my long ongoing medical problem and was able very quickly to help me get everything much more under control and to feel much better than I had in months. Amazing Team, hospital was lovely and very clean. Reception were very friendly. I found the whole experience a positive one and would recommend Bim & her nursing Team to everyone!

Explained everything in a way I could understand, professional and approachable.

I thought I had made an appointment for a colposcopy having already received my GP advice and referral saying a needed one. Detailed information had been received and read through prior to my booking the appointment. I had to take half a day off work in order to attend the appointment. The appointment was 30 mins late and then only lasted 10 minutes and didnt tell me anything I didnt already know and didnt perform the procedure I had been expecting. I now have to wait more weeks and take another half a day off work to have the procedure. This was disappointing and felt a not efficient use of anyone's time or money.

Mr Ajay was amazing made me feel super comfortable and explained everything in a clear and understandable manner. Answered all my questions and put my mind at ease.

I would highly recommend Mr Abouzeid. He has a very calm, assuring nature and explained everything relating to my procedure in a clear way. My operation went well, with a quick recovery, and test results were delivered promptly.
