Extremely pleased with my son’s consultation last week with Dr Jacobs. A very positive experience indeed. With my symptoms improving, the doctor took a pragmatic, but most importantly, extra cautious and thorough approach to my condition. This, in turn, diagnosed and allowed treatment of a more serious health issue that I in fact had. Without this approach I would have suffered a much worse health condition in the future. This would not have been recognised without Dr Pitchers care, experience and intuition in digging deeper into my symptoms. Finally once this was recognised it was dealt with sensitively and in a very timely way.

Being a person that was concerned Mr Haque spent time explaining the procedure. The operation was explained by him at the hospital on operation day and Mr Haque came back to see him after the operation. AS a patient I feel so much better and would have had this done sooner if I had known. The type of operation was an open hernia repair. I had a quick recovery for this and was back at work within three weeks . I attended my post op eight weeks later, and was discharged.
