Overall I am extremely satisfied with the experience with Mr Karim Kassam. From the very beginning, Mr Kassam was very thorough and explained the process and diagnosis promptly and clearly. The clarity and swift diagnosis was incredibly reassuring making what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and straightforward. My recovery is coming along very well 1 week post operation and the pain has subsided quite significantly. I was absolutely delighted with my session with Dr Adam Friedmann. At 53, my facial skin has noticeable dark spots and patches from the sun and age. Dr Friedmann took the time to patiently examine these and to explain the possible causes and the options to reduce or eliminate the dark spots. He clearly told me one of the treatments is not likely to work on some of the spots and suggested a topical cream. He then treated some spots with cryotherapy, with a follow up review in 4 weeks. As Dr Friedmann has warned me, there was a slight stinging sensation on the treated skin which lasted only 3 or so hours. I am particularly impressed with Dr Friedmann's honest assessment, recommending the correct and best treatment for me. The clinic is in a great accessible location and the staff there is very friendly and helpful. This clinic is highly recommended if you are looking for a professional and friendly service.
