I received real advice on what I should do.

Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.

Saul was great and attentive. Really nice guy!

An excellent, friendly and expert service. Dr Sheraz Aleem is top in the field for ceramic inplants. He listened to my preferences and did everything in his power to ensure my dental requirements (both technical and aesthetic) were met. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was very easy and hassle free, the driver drove safely and was polite and friendly as was the hotel and staff ,my dental treatment was very satisfactory, professional, clean and efficient and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole experience, especially Ivan and Dr. Edit who I thank very much. I am very happy with the results and I highly recommend Hotel Dent to anyone .
