Miscommunication by the receptionist who had booked me for an emergency appointment, that is not what I needed a normal check up appointment would have been fine. Dentist saw me for 5 minutes only and no X-ray was taken. Beyond disappointed and won’t be returning again.

I had a crown replaced with Monisha and Magda. They were very friendly throughout and made me feel very comfortable.

I recently visited Luxmedica in Ealing and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had with ease. My doctor, Dr Katarzyna Adamek, was amazing outstanding professional, taking the time to perform a thorough examination and communicate her findings in a way that was easy to understand, without any medical jargon. I was particularly impressed with her patience and attention to detail during the breast ultrasound, as she explained everything she was doing and seeing on the screen. This level of transparency helped to keep me informed and prevent any undue stress or worry. Dr Adamek's approach was clearly patient-centric, and I am confident that I will return for future appointments. In fact, I have already recommended her services to my mother, who I am sure will receive the same excellent care that I did.

Excellent service and friendly staff

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Excellent layout and professionally run facilities. All supported by friendly, engaging staff.
