Very good experience of the hospital, clean, professional and just what I needed at a very worrying time.

The staff were understanding and helpful. It was very easy to book the exams and the follow-up appointment with the specialist. The clinic was extremely clean and wasn't busy. The specialist I consulted with was very friendly. He explained the exams to me in way I could understand. Thank you very much for the great service.

Lovely stay

Very satisfactory experience at the Cromwell Hospital. From the ICU to the ward, all staff is competent, kind, and caring. The room at the ward is very clean and comfortable, the food is excellent. The level of overall service received is top quality. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Convent and professional

I decided to use Charing Cross Private based on the specialist ENT I initially worked with. Sadly she is no longer there and nobody else seems to have a clue what is going on. If I had known this I would have never chosen to work with NHS Private! It is too closely linked with the challenges of the regular NHS.

My experience was good . The Optalmologist consultant Mr Walker I saw was very easy to get on with and gave me confidence about the procedure. He was very good.
