Prof Wilson is very good, he has a friendly manner and it is easy to ask him any questions. He also goes out of his way to help on other issues.

Mr Webb’s PA Robyn was fantastic as her communication whether by email or phone was excellent. Mr Webb himself was friendly and reassuring about the operation I needed. The operation itself has been totally successful as I have had no pain at all and immediately can do things I wasn’t able to do before due to the pain I was in. Within two weeks following my knee operation I am walking without crutches and back to walking my dog. Amazing!

He was immediately able to diagnose my injury and recommend the correct care to help me get better including a referral to a very good physiotherapist which worked, I saw results within weeks. I learnt 50pct of information regarding my diagnosis through questions rather than having it explained in full straight off. Perhaps he assumed I had more medical knowledge than I do. He was very pleasant though.
