Mr Agarwal had a very calm manner during the telephone consultation and on the day of the surgery, giving me a great sense of reassurance. He explained everything fully and took time to be sure that I understood the procedure. When we came to the day of the second surgery, he had double checked all the measurements to be sure that we would get the best possible results for my vision, which again made me feel that he really valued a good outcome. He was an extremely skillful surgeon and I am incredibly grateful for such a positive experience and positive outcome.
