A warm and helpful experience, incredibly well explained and thorough.

Mr Scawn explained everything in good understandable detail of what the procedure would involve, what to expect post-surgery regarding recovery and the expected long term outcome. Everything that was explained happened exactly as he had described. I was very nervous about the procedure, but he was very reassuring, and the procedure was completed without causing any distress at all. He is very caring, and professional and I couldnt be more pleased about the result. My eyesight is vastly improved, and now everything has healed you wouldnt even know that I have had surgery! I would highly recommend him for anyone considering Ptosis surgery.

Mr Sid Goel gave excellent care throughout seeing him, he has excellent bed side manner also, and explains the facts, procedures, pro's and con's when you see him.

I appreciated her humanity and patience. She did not try to make me redo tests I had already completed, which would have wasted my time. Instead, she used all the information that I had given her and I provided to find a way for me to find solutions to my problem.

Mr Pal is excellent and thorough and takes the time to explain the scans, answer my questions and provide me with information. It gives me a lot of confidence.

Andrew is very thorough and always wants to help get the best results for his clients. He takes the time to explain all the details, and talks through all the options available to help treat glaucoma. He hasn't been able to produce a new bionic eye for me yet or replace the damaged optic nerve, but apparently that science is still a few years off! :-) In terms of providing the best care and advice available Andrew is definitely up there.
