Clean hospital and welcoming. Staff were great. Everything was efficient.

The experience at the Shard was good but you have to complete an online registration for each appointment, it's not clear why they can't use your details from your previous visit.

Reception staff are abysmal by comparison. Face of the business. First Port of call. (And yet in 12 months you still employ , despite 3 complaints from me and I can not believe I'm the only one) the least professional friendly or welcoming people. You should all be sacked.

Very good experience

Overall I have had a very positive experience and I think Marta de Oliveria has been wonderful, both in character and in treating me. I have had a few issues with appointment bookings which I would not expect from this level of clinic, however the treatment I have received has more than made up for it.

A very pleasant experience considering surgery can be a very stressful time. You made the whole sray easy an enjoyable. Thank you
