admission was only 3 hours before you asked me to report to the ward. When I attended the ward in question, no one knew anything about my admission. I was eventually informed that I could check in at 3.00 as arranged for my bloods.When I arrived no one knew anything about taking bloods. They were taken about 4.30. The ward manager agreed I could be moved into a private room after my operation, which I was. On the whole ward staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast the following morning was a joke…..2 rounds of cold toast, butter and marmalade with a small carton of orange juice. Lunch was luke warm chinese, followed by ice cream. I had to chase staff for around 2 hours to get my discharge letter drawn up. Considering the experience cost me around £10,000, I doubt I would use the facility again.

My over all experienced with Harley Medical Group has been excellent from pre-assessment until I had my surgery. They are very accomodating in terms of appointment changes. The nurses are excellent and very reassuring. The place itself is very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities.

Staff are fantastic...really helpful and friendly.

I was well looked after in clean calm surroundings.

The main problem was the delay in receiving my take home medication from the pharmacy. It had been ordered by 8am but did not arrive till 4pm. My daughter came to pick me up at 10.30am and had to wait with me till 4pm for the medication.

Hospital experience was overall good, had to struggle a bit for parking though!
