As always Mr Singhal was very polite and friendly which always helps me to feel at ease. He listened whilst I provided him with an update before outlining the next steps to be taken. He also took the time to explain in further detail the importance of the fibre supplement tablets that he was recommending I took.This was both interesting and enlightening. At the conclusion of the meeting I left feeling reassured and with a clear plan of what steps were required ,and why, going forwards. He arranged for a series of investigations followed by procedure before i was discharged and I left his practice reassured.
