Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating

From reception to nursing staff to physio to consultant - all were patient, kind and professional.

I was extremely anxious about my appointment but they made me feel so comfortable, answered my questions and genuinely thought the procedure was only uncomfortable and not painful. Saw Miss Avni Batish, thank you!
