Called early afternoon, got the last slot for the same day to meet with Dermatologist Docteur Bouveresse. The welcome person at reception was very nice and helpful. No waiting time.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

Generally a very good hospital where the staff are polite and friendly, schedules are generally on time and every consultant I have ever seen has been brilliant. Overall, my experiences as both an inpatient and an outpatient have been very good indeed.
