From the very first meeting with Mr Bhagawati I was put completely at ease and felt totally reassured in his ability to help me with my severe disc bulges. With Mr Bhagawati's guidance surgery was decided as the best option for me. On Surgery day I was extremely nervous but Mr Bhagawati and his team helped me through and the day after surgery I was up and about and home. I have fully recovered and now have my life back. The aftercare has been great and have the reassurance of follow up appointments for one year should I need them. I cannot fault any of the process it has been amazing and I am so thankful to Mr Bhagawati for all he has done.

The treatment provided by Dr Nikolic is, without hyperbole, life changing. It means I am no longer in constant pain through which I could not sleep and undertake normal style activities. As a result of his work in am 99% pain free and it feels wonderful. Dr Nikolic has a pragmatic approach to his treatment. He explains all options and I consider myself fully informed at every stage. It also helps that he is engaging and has a very cool sense of humour. I would like to thank him for all his work and help.

Excellent experience with everyone. Had ligament repair in my elbow. It all went well. Prof Imam and the team were excellent. The after care was good. All went well. The doctor in runneymed hospital was very good.

Dr Farah was excellent. He had read and reflected on the medical notes and situation and undertook an excellent assessment. He was also very empathetic and kind and looked at the medical situation holistically.

Overall I had a very positive experience with Dr Lui. He was clear, explained the science behind what was causing me issues and very rational with respect to his recommendations. He made me feel very comfortable in understanding where the problem originated from and recommendations of treatment.

I was treated with care, compassion and given a lot of detail and support and time for all my questions by Mr Prezerakos. I opted for a discectomy after several consultations and physiotherapy as the first step of treatment, but was in too much pain to walk, so had the surgery and am pleased to report all of my pain has gone and the surgey was successful.
