Dr Jacobs made Aryan (our son) feel at ease from the moment he met him, I think he has an excellent way with children in making them feel comfortable. As parents we felt the same and e went about his enquiries in a clear and polite manner and with such interest. He is honest and tells you exactly what you need to know therefore building a huge amount of trust. Dr Jacobs explained what the next steps and he followed up as agreed with what he believed should happen and passed on all the required information.
