Not happy . Terrible. I booked an appointment which was never followed up on and was never confirmed. Therefore I still am having issues with my eye and not seen this consultant even though vitality is showing that I have. Although I have contacted many people at vitality and moor fields, it’s been frustrating as I cannot get an appointment and they keep offering me hospitals out of London . 1 star

Really good and helpful staff. The hospital is well equipped and maintained. My stay in the CCU was comfortable after the surgery and the staff looked after me well. I would recommend Spire.

Very professional. Was attended to quickly. Short waiting time. Pleasant staff.

All went well but there was a long wait time. Surgery was two and half hours after appointment time. However everyone was professional and the result very good.

My experience of the Wilmslow Hospital before, during and after my ear surgery has been excellent. The information I received about my pre-operative assessment and what to expect on the day of surgery was extremely useful and helped me to feel at ease. On the day of my operation, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. All the people involved in my care were friendly and attentive and they couldn't have done more to ensure I was well looked after. The facilities and cleanliness were exceptional and I was made to feel very comfortable during the time I was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

Been a few times, staff is always very friendly, nurses are lovely and always extremely helpful. Doctors are great, very supportive and understanding. Overall great environment for getting support.

The hospital was very clean the staff friendly I was left waiting for 25 minutes for a 30 minutes appointment and then rushed to finish
